It was a pleasure to deal with Belgarum. The professionalism of this firm of estate agents is underpinned with personal integrity, honesty and decency, commodities in short supply in contemporary commerce.

My purchase was supported by good organisation in that once I had made an offer, the progression of the sale was looked after by Harriet, whose sole responsibility was sales progression.

My overall feeling was that I could rely upon the staff at Belgarum, notably Paul and Seanne in sales, (and occasionally Jenny too)Harriet in the back office, and Alex with price negotiation, to ensure that I paid a fair price and that the purchase progressed as smoothly as possible.

A business is only as good as its staff. Staff selection is of paramount importance. The credit for this must go to John, as MD. I also felt that the staff worked together well as a team. 

Belgarum is the only estate agent in Winchester I would consider using to sell my house. Not because they will tell me that I can obtain the highest price, but because of reliability of purchaser and hence sale.
