Staff there have supported me for many years. My property became available rather unexpectedly as I''d understood that the existing tenants had signed a new agreement. However, the Lettings Team swung into action and swiftly marketed my property. I received accurate advice regarding the current rental market in terms of the rental income the property would attract. Viewings began immediately. In my estimation, the team worked above and beyond what I would have expected when dealing with viewings and relaying feedback to me. I received two offers at the rental income recommended and an excellent summary of the merits of both offers. I''ve always found the Lettings Team efficient, professional and friendly. My property has been let by Belgarum since 2010. This time, once again, been impressed!
