Located five miles North of Winchester, South Wonston is a large village of some 1,500 properties that range from bungalows to detached houses. South Wonston Primary School is situated in the centre of the village where there is also a shop and post office. Although there is no pub in South Wonston there is a lively social club hosting numerous events for all ages.
