Belgarum Estate Agents undertook the daunting and somewhat difficult task of continually moving a Cross Trainer for 24 hours! With 14 members of the team taking part, they all took it in turns to make sure that the machine kept on moving. With an estimated 18,000 calories burned between them and around 141 km travelled they really went for it and why, well all the proceeds went to Key Changes Music Therapy.
Key Changes Music Therapy Reg. Charity No.: 1124102 is a local Winchester based charity that focuses on providing music therapy to people across Hampshire. They enable those who have difficulty communicating to find a ‘voice’ through the power of music and music-making, helping them to connect with those around them, and to reach their potential. Carers and families of those referred witness the positive impact that music used therapeutically has on their emotional wellbeing and overall development.
As Belgarum’s charity of the year Key Changes benefit from all the weird and wonderful fundraising ideas that they can come up with. With many of the Belgarum team taking part in the various events we know that they have a jolly good time doing them.
Join them for some festive fundraising as the carol singers from Key Changes Charity will be touring the central Winchester pubs on Monday 19th December, with support from the Belgarum team.
