Meet The Team

 

Dan has worked in the industry since 2011 and quickly made his way into management, joining Belgarum in 2022. Born in Winchester and now living locally, he has dabbled in sales but always enjoyed navigating the ever-changing lettings market. He has two children, and enjoys football, live music, good food and good company!

 

 

 

 

Bethan has a wealth of experience within the residential lettings industry and is passionate about providing excellent customer service and professional advice to Landlords and Tenants.

Bethan enjoys walking her dog around the ‘meadows’ and when feeling really energetic walking up St Catherine’s Hill to take in the stunning views of Winchester.

 

Experienced in the property industry and sales/customer service roles, Helena has worked for Belgarum since 2022. She has a passion for property, and knows Winchester very well, having lived here since 2008. Helena is a mum to two, and enjoys countryside walks, beach days at Mudeford, skiing, good coffee and pub lunches!

Having worked in the industry since she was 18, Ella joined Belgarum in 2021 and brought with her plenty of enthusiasm. She is a ‘foodie’ and loves finding new restaurants. Her favourites are Mexican and Greek, but nothing beats a lazy Sunday with a roast dinner for Ella.

Charlotte has spent the last 20 years in the property industry, and joined the accounts team in 2011. Living in one of the city’s surrounding villages she enjoys the great outdoors, spending time with her dog and enjoying a good village pub lunch. 

Carolyn joined the lettings team in 2020, and has worked in the Hampshire property scene for many years. She enjoys playing netball, socialising with friends and spending time in the countryside around Winchester with her partner and son. 

Lucy has worked in administration for a number of years, and joined the team in 2022. She knows Winchester well having lived here her whole life, and enjoys going out for dinner and being a social butterfly. She has a cavapoo called Ted, who she loves going on adventures with.  

Sara has been with Belgarum since 2008 and is involved in many aspects of the lettings process. A real foodie you’ll often find her with her friends and family enjoying one of our many cafes and walking in our beautiful countryside.
